Best of New York Style orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.
All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
Fedex EXPRESS: delivery within 2-4 days
UPS EXPRESS SAVER: delivery within 2-4 days
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Best of New York Style cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
DUTIES & TAXES
We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees.
If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or country/region, import duties will not be applicable however you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For the USA, these are included at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellation
If you would like to make changes to your order or the arranged delivery time, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you in any way possible.
If you miss a delivery, we will be in touch with you to arrange another suitable delivery date. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we’ll return your order to the Best of New York Style partner for a refund.
We can attempt to cancel your purchase if you change your mind.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, the relevant Best of New York Style partner will aim to dispatch it within 2 business days.
Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 2-7 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date.
If you order from multiple Best of New York Style partners, please keep in mind that your items will arrive separately. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. While we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by a Best of New York Style partner, we offer a Free Returns service.

Please note: although customised items have a longer lead time, payment will be taken shortly after you place your order.
RETURNS POLICY & PROCESS
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
- If an item has a Best of New York Style security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
- Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.
- Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
- Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
- Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
If you processed your order through guest checkout please contact our friendly Customer Service to start your return. To return or cancel an item that has been made to your specifications, please view our ‘Customised Items’ section below for further information.
Your returned item must arrive at the brand it was ordered from no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the relevant Best of New York Style partner’s location within 14 days. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Prepare your package with the returns documents enclosed in your order. Here’s how:
- Attach the Return Label, and a signed Return Note if you received one, to the outside of your Best of New York Style box.
- Place any unwanted items with all original packaging inside the Best of New York Style box and leave it open for the courier to check the contents.
- Keep a copy of the Return Label, as you can check the delivery status of your parcel with our carrier using the tracking number provided. Adresses if you are returning it from

CANCELLING AN ORDER
Depending on where you live, you can also choose to cancel your order under the CCRs (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). If you choose this option we will refund you the full price for any returned item that meets our Returns Policy and the original delivery fee; however, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the item(s) to the Best of New York Style partner(s) you ordered from.

Once your return has been received and accepted by our partner, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You can follow the return of your package with our carrier using the tracking number on your Returns Label, or you can check the status in My Account under ‘Orders & Returns’.
If you choose, we can issue your refund as Best of New York Style credit; the amount will effortlessly apply at checkout the next time you shop with us.
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
CUSTOMISED & VINTAGE ITEMS
Due to the nature of customised orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the customised pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
Pre-worn goods sold at Best of New York Style, such as Vintage pieces, have undergone rigorous inspection prior to sale to guarantee their quality, precision and authenticity. As such, these valuable and timeless pieces should be treated with great care as with new items, and returned in the same condition in which they were received.
If any of your purchases arrive in a flawed or faulty condition, or without Best of New York Style and designer tags attached, please contact Customer Service for assistance with your return.

Do I need an account to place an order?
An email address is all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you register for a Best of New York Style account so that you can start adding your favourite pieces to your wishlist and easily place an order.
I have forgotten my password: what should I do?
Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.
How do I receive Diomi email updates?
Stay informed of new arrivals, trends and exclusive promotions by entering your email address under ‘Subscribe’ at the bottom of our homepage. Email preferences can be easily managed under ‘My Account’.
How do I place an order on your site?
Placing an order is easy at Best of New York Style. Here’s how:
- Choose a category or designer from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.
- Select the size of your item and click ‘Add to bag’. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to checkout under ‘Summary’.
- Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed.
- Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.

Click on ‘Size Guide’ on the item’s page to view our conversion chart. We also provide fit information and model measurements for each style under the ‘Size & Fit’ tab.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service Advisors as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & AUTHENTICITY
Can I reserve an item to buy later?
We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, reservations are unavailable. As a result, placing an item in your shopping bag or wishlist does not reserve it.
Are Diomi items authentic?
Our handpicked offering items are authentic. Authenticity cards and serial numbers may not always be included with your item if the designer has not supplied them.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be carefully packaged by the label you are buying from. Additional branded items such as dust bags will be included if provided by the designer.

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?
Diomi does not collect sales or use tax in all states. Your purchase may be subject to sales or use tax, unless your state is exempt from taxation. Many states require a sales/use tax return filing at the end of the year for taxable purchases that were not taxed (including internet purchases) and payment of use tax on those purchases.
